Heat Transfer

Heat transfer is the process in which a design or image is transferred onto a piece of clothing through the use of heat and pressure. Heat transfer involves using a vinyl material that is cut into a specific shape or design and is then placed onto the clothing item. The heat and pressure causes the vinyl to adhere to the fabric, creating a permanent design. This process is popular for creating custom t-shirts, jerseys, and promotional products. Depending on the type of vinyl used, the garment can be washed and dried without the design fading or peeling. Heat transfer offers a cost-effective and high-quality alternative to traditional screen-printing and embroidery methods.

Screen Printing

This process involves creating a stencil on polyester material called a screen, which is then placed on top of the garment. Ink is pushed through the screen using a squeegee, transferring the design onto the clothing item. Each color in the design requires a separate screen. Screen printing is affordable and high-quality, making it an excellent choice for businesses, organizations, and sports teams looking to create custom branded apparel.

Sublimation

Sublimation creates long-lasting, vivid designs on t-shirts, sports uniforms and home décor, making it a favorite with the customization industry. It resists fading, cracking and peeling. It is eco-friendly, producing no hazardous waste and less waste overall due to its ability to print on demand.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with a needle and thread. It involves intricate designs and patterns created by stitching threads onto a fabric surface using a special machine. Customizing garments with embroidery offers many benefits, including personalization, durability, and added value. Embroidery gives garments a unique touch that reflects a brand's personality, and creates designs that maintain their quality even after multiple washes. Additionally, embroidery makes garments more attractive and creates a better value proposition.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is a modern and eco-friendly printing technique that transfers digital images onto fabrics using specialized inkjet technology. It offers faster turnaround time, allows for intricate designs, and has lower minimum quantities. Custom garment companies can produce high-quality, custom garments with detailed designs at a lower cost and eliminate large inventories, which is more sustainable.
